- To operate your members account and keep the platform secure.
- To respond to inquiries sent through the contact form.
- To send transactional authentication emails (verification, password reset).
- We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
4. Third parties
Authentication is handled by Google Firebase under Google's privacy terms. Contact notifications are delivered via a transactional email relay. These providers process data only to deliver the service.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to support@jsvita.in. Deleting your account removes associated personal data from our systems.
6. Cookies & storage
The site uses browser localStorage/sessionStorage only for sign-in persistence and interface preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
Security & trust
- Secure Data Handling — form submissions and account data travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL) and are accessible only to the JSVita team.
- Business Confidentiality — project details, files and credentials shared during an engagement are never shared with third parties and are used solely to deliver your project.
- Project Protection — every engagement runs on a written, itemised proposal; your website, content and data remain yours, with full handover on request.
