1. The service

JSVita provides a personal brand platform at jsvita.in including public portfolio pages and a members area. The service is provided “as is” and may evolve over time.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your password secure.
• One account per person; accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam, or attempts to disrupt the service.

3. Acceptable use

• No scraping, automated bulk access, or interference with site security features.
• No unlawful, misleading, or infringing content in form submissions or profile fields.
• Rate limiting and session validation are enforced to protect the platform.

4. Intellectual property

The JSVita name, logo, and site content are the property of Shridhar John. Members retain ownership of the content they submit, and grant JSVita the limited right to process it to operate the service.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSVita is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Security & trust

• Secure Data Handling — engagements are conducted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL); access to project files and credentials is restricted to the JSVita team.
• Business Confidentiality — information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and is never shared with third parties.
• Project Protection — every project is governed by a written, itemised proposal; ownership of the delivered website and content transfers to you on final payment.
