Refund Policy

1. Overview
JSVita provides digital services — website design and development, campaign management and creative work — under fixed, itemised proposals. This policy explains when payments are refundable. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions.
2. Before work begins
If you cancel a project before design or development has started — i.e. before the kickoff call has concluded and the first milestone has begun — any part payment made to schedule the work is refunded in full within 7 working days.
3. During the project
Projects run on agreed milestones. Once a milestone is completed and approved, the work for that milestone is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-way, completed milestones are billed at their itemised proposal value and any unused balance is refunded within 7 working days.
4. After launch
Defects reported within the post-launch support window are fixed free of charge — fixes are the remedy, not refunds, for delivered and approved work. Where a deliverable in the signed proposal was not delivered, the corresponding itemised amount is refunded.
5. Third-party costs
Domain registration, hosting, licences, advertising spend and other third-party services are billed at cost or per provider terms and are non-refundable once purchased with your approval.
6. CA services
JSVita CA Services (taxation, GST, registration and compliance) are professional services billed per the engagement letter for that mandate. Refunds, if any, follow the terms of the specific engagement letter.
7. How to request
Email support@jsvita.in with your proposal reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
8. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
